SAD or Season Affective Disorder is a real thing. I suffer from it and a lot of other folks do. Do you get depressed in the winter? You are far from alone. We take a look at some concrete tips we can all use to get us through the winter.

Oh, gosh, what a fun episode we have this week! I'm fascinated with Cryptozoology, the study of unknown or unconfirmed creatures, like Bigfoot, The Loch News Monster, and more. We kick off with a bit about Bigfoot. Whether he exists or not, it's a fascinating story.
As an older man myself, I try to be proactive to stave off the mental decline that comes naturally with age. Pets can have a very positive effect on our mental health, and we talk about that this week.
It's hard for me to believe that 1974 was 50 years ago. Crazy, isn't it? In this week's episode, we look at the top TV series of 1973.
New years is the time for resolutions. What are the top resolutions for the year? You'll find out here.
