As an adopted man, I've always been curious about my biological family history, and have considered doing DNA testing to see if I could find something out, but I've not done that. Yet.

Panda fun facts, The Beast of Busco, Lost treasures and more! Week of March 13th

I've really enjoyed putting this episode together.
We start off with fun facts about the adorable panda!  I sure learned a lot in putting this segment together.
We take a look at a woman who scours flea markets and thrift stores, looking for lost treasures----love letters, medals, and so much more--but the catch is she does this to return them to the families they were lost from.  A really fascinating story.
I've always had a great interest in cryptozoology.  Bigfoot, the Loch Ness monster, and more.  Did you know Indiana has it's own legend?  The Beast of Busco.  Fascinating story, and, I want to know---do you think Bigfoot exists?  I'd really like to know!

Our good news story is about growing old not so gracefully.  Lots of fun tips on things we can do to stave off the aging process.
Our fun facts this weeks are all about horses!  I had a phobia about horses for years, but due to an event I had to emcee, I was forced to spend some time with horses, and it's made me much more confortable with them.

Pinball Fun Facts, How to have a better day. Week of February 6th

Pinball!  I LOVE Pinball!  I don't get to play as much as I used to, but I'll say I was quite the pinball wizard back in the day.  Our fun facts this week take us into the fascinating world of pinball!
Are you over 50?  Part of the AARP crowd?  Well, it might be a great time to try something new.  It could be as adventurous as skydiving, or perhaps an adventure of a different sort---writing a book or using an app like Duolingo to learn a new language.  The over 50 crowd is always trying new things, in record numbers.  That's what today's good news story is all about!
Winter is tough on a lot of us, myself included.  I throw in a few tips on how to make winter more bearable.
