St Patrick fun facts, House plants, and more!

We are kicking of St Patrick's Week with a segment about St Patrick!
St. Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland, is an enduring symbol of resilience, faith, and cultural transformation. Born in Britain in the 5th century, he was captured and enslaved by Irish raiders at a young age. During his captivity, Patrick found solace in his Christian faith and eventually escaped. Rather than harboring bitterness, he felt a calling to return to Ireland as a missionary. His unwavering dedication to spreading Christianity and his ability to bridge cultural gaps are truly inspiring. Legend has it that he used the three-leafed shamrock to explain the concept of the Holy Trinity, leaving an indelible mark on Irish culture. St. Patrick's life serves as a reminder that one can overcome adversity, embrace forgiveness, and contribute positively to the world through perseverance and compassion. It's no secret that I struggle during the winter. This year I tried house plants, and what a HUGE difference it's made for me this winter. We take a look at some of the benefits of having house plants in your house.
